Today didnt start out so great. No dog walk. But I still got up early and walked to store. I ate well. But I have not gotten a good workout in yet today but usually that doesnt happen until later.

My Daily Goals: 1. do the minimum workout; 2. dont eat after 9 pm; 3. eat 4 servings of fruit/veg, 3 servings of protein, 2 servings whole grains, and 1 serving or less of the other stuff…; 4. Keep a daily log of accomplishing these things.
30 day workout challenge beginning Wednesday Nov. 25, and ending Thursday Dec. 24.

I was doing great working out. But only the first few weeks. For the last two, not so much. So, I am going to try this 30 day workout for the biggest loser. I will plan on doing the minimum workout required. More if possible. I have to push myself for the first 21 days. I heard that those are the hardest to make a routine stick. I also am going to plan walking my dog atleast once a day. I can alternate walking and running. (Unless its raining)
I have two close friends I will rely on for support, and motivation and suggestions.
I have considered getting the acai berry detox pill as well as the natural colon cleanse detox pill.
I did work out today and take my dog for a walk at 630 this morning. I will continue a time schedule as well so I might force myself to get it done everyday.
So, dog walking will be at 630 am to 700 am… workout times can be anytime available during the day, but time set aside is from 10 pm to midnight (if that late is necessary)
For now, this is me, praying I can feel comfortable in my own skin in 30 days.
